Shipping & Returns

Returns and exchange policy

Shipping:

All orders will be packed, processed and shipped within 5-7 days.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail second class and tracking is provided.

​

All local pick up/deliveries orders will have a confirmation email with details confirming when the order is complete.

We hope you wouldn't want to return anything you've purchased from our store, but if you do, here's some more information about the process.

 

All customers have 14 days after the day on which the goods come into physical possession of the consumer or the person that he/she asks you to deliver the goods to, to cancel their order.

Orders can only be returned if they arrive broken, damaged and unused. Refunds cannot be given if the product has already been used. However, we do ask for you to contact us before requesting a refund to try and resolve any problems and so we can offer to send a replacement out.

​

All personalised orders and requests cannot be refunded. This is due to making a product specifically for your order (eg. personalised candle label, certain colour décor candle etc).

​

The original postage costs will be refunded along with the product price but not the returns postage. Returns will be processed by us within 7 working days.
