This is a post I’ve been putting off making for a long time. I launched Naked Scents 5 years ago from our old kitchen, during Covid, with a newborn baby and during that time I have sent out thousands of orders, gained loyal and regular customers, worked alongside other brands and stocked internationally in multiple countries via wholesale orders. My little business has always been my pride and joy and I have loved every single second making and packing peoples orders. I know some of you may be shocked at this post, as I have still been fulfilling orders behind the scenes, but I have decided that it is time to take a break from Naked Scents.

I have only ever wanted to give my all to my business and the past year between trying to work towards my degree, advocating for my sons education, navigate mum life and busy life in general, I just haven’t been able to give Naked Scents the time and headspace it deserves and I never wanted to do this half heartedly. Although deep down I am super sad, I know this is the right decision for myself and my family.

I have made the decision that I will sell my remaining stock, including Autumn and Christmas stock, and after that I will be taking a long break from making wax melts. Once all the website stock has sold this year, I won’t be restocking and the website will be closed. I am unsure if Naked Scents will return in the future but I just wanted to say a massive thank you to every single person who has supported me along the way! I will forever be grateful for the customers and orders I’ve received, I never thought my little business would get 10 orders, let alone still be running 5 years later. I hope you’ve all loved your wax melts and other Naked Scents products as much as I’ve loved making them.
